Oy, I can’t sleep and don’t know what to do about it.
Any advice?
Ever since I went home to New York, I really loved the home cooked food. While I know I’ll never be a match for my mother, I did take some tips back with me to China.
So today, on this lazy Saturday I woke up decided to sharpen my knife and get to work. I defrosted a chicken breast, marinated it in a bit of olive oil and seasoned it with some concotion of salt, pepper, garlic, and a touch of some other goodies. Grilled that bad boy and served alongside some homemade salsa and a bowl of yogurt. Yummmmmmm
Lets see if I can work up some other edible concotions.

So I will be flying soon and I get to stop in Amsterdam for 4 hours as a stop over to my final destination. Since I am in Amsterdam, I don’t want to be stuck in the airport, so I looked up some interesting things to do while I am there.
I found this website as my initial starting point. After finding out all the options, I decided this one was the best to use my 4 hours for.
The guides on these sites are both very valuable, so i decided I needed a hard copy before I travel anywhere. I finally hooked up my printer to my new computer and hit the print button, bam 10 pages of unformatted webpage comes out.
So I found this nifty website called PrintWhatYouLike. It allows you to submit the website and builds this tool around it where you can select the parts you want to keep or begin removing. After formatting it the way I wanted I hit the print button and I got an amazing guide for my travels. This impressed me a lot, so bam a small tip for all you who are less geeky than me. It even has a weblet thing you can add as a bookmark and when you want to use it just hit that button on the website you are on.

I just got a new iMac 27″ Computer from the Apple store in Hong Kong. I am hooked, I love working on this thing, this is how computing was meant to be done!
Have a look at the pic on the left for my daily screen
Its a show I watched recently, I think it airs on TBS. Very interesting, about three guys in middle age, who they are, and how they act. Was kind of cool to see whats going on in the mind of people in middle age, hope I’m not typecast like that when I get older.
Alright, the 25 GB of searchable mail got to me, and I have decided to switch the company to Google Apps here in China. Now it will be a bit challenging because half the features don’t work since they are blocked by the great firewall. Who needs Google Sites and Google Docs.
I’ve always liked a challenge, so why not. Anyways, Google, your trying to get your foot into the door, and I am here to support you.
The next challenge will be getting my staff on to it as well, lets see how I fare.

I recently renovated my home to include all the goodies that I wanted in my 160 sq meter apartment. While I know its not the biggest thing in the world, its now officially MY HOME. I held off on doing it for a little while, mainly because I was afraid of the shoddy work that sometimes comes when working in China, but after seeing what this designer has done I bit the bullet and it came out great.
Have a look and let me know what you think!
